Finally I have a bit more time to uploaded this. I have been super busy with assignments, sorry about that.
Ryan is my friend’s bro-in-law where I happened to capture the few wedding of his sisters, it’s like seeing a child grow up that kind of happiness for him, as their “Family” wedding photographer, it’s my honour indeed. Right now there is only 1 sister left for me to capture her wedding, I am completed! hehe

Morning preparation in a chalet

Let me out!
I am protecting my duckling...
Muak! Muak!

Screaming my gut out!

This Web has started to grow cob webs, i have to agree. We’ve been busy during the end of year season and clearing up what was left over during the start of the year. Now it’s time to update on some of our not so recent works.
Sheila And Robert had a small ceremony over in australia in the back yard of their home, now they are in singapore to do something similar but in “The Straits Club” of Fullerton Hotel, a small Lunch for friends and family who reside in singapore.

Travelling out all the way to Singapore Flyer for a photo with Spongebob Squarepants under the hot blistering 33degree humid singapore weather was the highlight of the day. That is what Ken And Grace did, for Ken’s all time favorite cartoon characters Spongebob Squarepants. That’s why i call LOVE!
Our very own Spongebob Squarepants Shot….. i guess this is really unique to have in a wedding album….

This shot really had a real Infernal Affairs feel to it.....

Tears falls for the touching speech by the bride and the groom.
Finally met up with them for their photobook , after trying to get a hold of them for weeks. It spurred to me post their lovely photos.

This is my 4th couple in my ring of friends to get married, i was happy that i manage to convince them to choose me to capture their moments,of course being their friend helped in the convincing =p. They had a small sit down lunch wedding in Marriott hotel. We did some live printing and had a fun time with our MC’s playing games with the guests.
A few images to show…

This Photo might look normal but the page boy's expression was priceless!

All the best to my friends Anjian and Pandora , wishing them a blissful marriage life….

While there were conspiracy among the sisters outside...

Meanwhile the soliders were downstair gearing up to fight a war "happily"...

... without knowing there was a trap waiting for them...

Suddenly a stream of cold sweat was flowing down ... -_-!

he knew that it was too late... the "Sabotage" has begun... ^0^

I am a tree...

Oh my darling... Oh! oh! Oh....

This was a wedding that I took in Hong Kong alone in a freezing weather condition.
I met Millicent a year ago before their wedding in Hong Kong and happened to have another wedding shoot during that time in Hong Kong as well. I didn’t meet Paul though as he was not in Hong Kong during that time.
Anyway, I just want to share a few photos with you, hope you enjoy, o if you want to see more, you can take a look at my gallery section, there are a lot more of their photos over there.

The superstar is arriving...

That's interesting...

During gate crashing.

Dancing with brothers

The church at The Chinese University of Hong Kong where the wedding were being held.

Haven’t had time to post this. Here they are.
I met Adrian & Maria only on the wedding day, the whole photography package selection process was done by Jasmine who worked in Adrian’s company. At my impression that this couple really busy, didn’t even have time to see their photographer that will help them to capture their once in a life time moments.
All I could think of was that, because of Adrian’s background, he must be a very funny and outspoken guy. And I just look forward to the wedding without knowing what I will be going into but I knew that in my mind his wedding would be a fun oneto be part of.
Maria was a very calm bride and was just happily enjoying the buzz and fuss around her, while she sat there getting ready.

Maria was enjoying the preparation. Very relax indeed!
While Adrian was on the way to be sabotaged, the “Girls” over Maria’s side had been busy too!

I took the opportunity to sneak in a few shots of the her without her knowing. I love the understated simplicity of it

This may be old news as I took this wedding last year but it is something worth to mention since we have this new blogsite up and running.
This was a very tiring wedding, we hardly had 4 hours sleep everyday due to the super tight schedule. But it is totally worth it, you can take a look at here for the photos.
You can also refer here for their testimonials. From what I observed at the wedding, the couple hired all the well known professional mostly from Hong Kong and Singapore. A famous videographer who used to shoot a lot of video for celebrities in Hong Kong, a famous DJ from Hong Kong, a very big event organizer from Singapore, a wedding planner from Canada, famous Singer from Australia and Norway, a violinist from don’t know where, a Jewish “priest” from US…etc.
It’s a shame to say that we are the least famous among all the people they hired and I guess that’s also the reason why it came to a surprise to her after watching the photo highlight that I prepared for her during one of dinner in their wedding that showcased to all their guests.
This was my first time at a location wedding that I have never been to, my usual location wedding is in Hong Kong actually because of my background.
Anyway, enjoy the show and I hope to have more of these kind of opportunity in the near future.

Jory: This is so nice, you did a good job, well done! I love this set very much. May 13, 2009 at 10:11 am andrew: Ya, I am glad to have opportunity like this, really enjoyed the shoot very much. I was very nervous during the shoot as I was not provided with any schedule nor plan before hand, didn't know what to expect. Turned out I still managed to capture a lot of nice photos even though there are a lot of surprises. haha May 15, 2009 at 11:17 pm |
