Hi everyone, I’m Keith.

Looks as though i’m the last to post *woops* .. oh well better late then never!

Since everyone’s bugging me to post something about myself, heck why not?

Well I’m the 2nd oldest in the group, like any normal Singaporean, went through school, army & taking up never-ending-upgrading-courses (talk about being in a rat race). *thinks* Uhmm … I usually spend time at home with my 2 dogs (1 mixed terrier and a giant golden retriever - yes he’s huge and cute), watching movies at home & listening to various genres of music (yes i’m an audiophile/home theatre buff as well). My free time is also spent with computers (tinkering/building/troubleshooting) and of course - designing stuff on the PC (Adobe Illustrator/Macromedia Freehand).

As for hangouts *thinks hard* you’ll usually spot me at the nearest Cafe Cartel, Gelare, TCC (love the one @ Clarke Quay), sometimes I can be spotted at the various famous clubbing joints

Photography wise, I was taught by my dad on an old Minolta SRT-101 manual film camera and a film PnS. From there, I knew i loved photography, but the costs of developing back then was enormous, not to mention the film. So gave that up and stopped entirely.

Few years passed, in 2002, my dad and I went to the local PC fair and purchased a Minolta Dimage 7i prosumer, that was where the spark rekindled. Sadly, the technological leap wasn’t an easy one as everything was automated compared to back in the film days on a fully manual SLR. Played around quite abit and got myself a Canon A40 to bring around to shoot friends’ gatherings etc. (hey! its still a decent camera till today!), sadly the 7i was under lock & key by my dad *rolls eyes*.

Worked for a good couple of years before I got a Canon 300D back in 2004. I was damn happy with the simple kit which consisted of an 18-55 & 75-300. I literally shot everything I could find my hands on, next thing I knew, I was literally out every weekend shooting fashion shows, landscapes, fireworks and portraits. As time grew, I found myself wanting to specialise.

Knowledge hungry, i trawled the internet and books for inspiration, and found myself wanting to capture “moments” - be it sports, events, a solemnization, or a wedding… I’ll strive my very best.

Uhmmm *thinks hard* Ok dokie… that about covers “me” in general!~ - Quite long in the end
